Forester Estate Winery - No cellar door

Shame Forester doesn’t have a cellar door on their own estate. You have to go next door to Rivendell to enjoy.Absolutely amazing wines, from their award-winning cab sauv to their brilliant chardonnay. Looking forward to visiting again and eating at the soon-to-open restaurant

A couple wise Australians brought some on a camping trip where often the wine is barely drinkable, but the Forester stopped me cold. It was the best wine I have ever drunk. This persuaded me that I should come home to California and spend more money to drink something that good, but despite spending much more money than I can afford, I have never found anything that matches your reds. I am trying to figure out how to afford to return to Perth just to sit there and drink Forester!

Beware !!It's easy to miss this oneVery inconspicuousAnd that would be a mistake, as these guys love their job.AND they open earlier than most other wineries.A good one to start the day with!And their wines are good too.
